Vanessa Sampogna is the founder of Sampogna Law Firm. Vanessa’s experience ranges from civil litigation, to family and criminal law. Vanessa routinely appears before the Ontario and Superior Court of Justice, for motions, hearings and trials. Vanessa has represented clients in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including latent defect cases, commercial real estate disputes, corporate contract disputes, and criminal and family matters. Vanessa received her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Rights and Equity Studies at York University. She then went on to receive a Dual Canadian and American law degree from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. Vanessa is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and speaks English and French. |
