Stephen Power is an associate here at Sampogna Law Firm. Stephen is a devoted litigator, who is not satisfied until his clients are. Stephen maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on construction law, shareholder and partnership disputes, and real estate disputes. Stephen is a fierce advocate who is committed to achieving successful results in a cost effective manner for his clients. Stephen has successfully appeared before various courts and tribunals in Ontario including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court. Stephen attended the University of New Brunswick for law school, where he was the editor-in-chief for the law school student newspaper. Stephen was called to the Ontario bar in 2021. Prior to law school, Stephen attended the Memorial University of Newfoundland where he majored in Political Science with a focus on public policy. Once graduated, Stephen went overseas to teach English in both China and Korea. Outside of the office, Stephen enjoys stand-up comedy, playing the guitar, and spending time with his wife Kelsey. Stephen is also fluent in French, and is pleased to assist clients requiring communication in this language. |
